*Registration fees includes the publication fee to the publisher for the journals/periodicals. 

How to register?

The registration for GC-RASM 2023 is already open, hence you are requested to complete the registration process on or before 25, June 2023. Since the registration fee for nanoworld Journal and Trans Tech Publications journal are different, please check the registration details of GC-RASM 2023 here and proceed your registration accordingly. The registration form is available here for your reference. The templates of the MSF/KEM/DDF/SSP/AMR/AST and Nanoworld Journal are available here.

The following documents shall also be submitted along with the camera ready paper. The registration form is available in the conference website

  1. Camera ready paper in your preferred publication template (in Microsoft office word and pdf  files)
  2. Proof for registration fee paid
  3. Filled in “Registration” form
  4. Plagiarism report, if available (Please make sure the plagiarism score is below 25% without reference)

Please send the soft copies of all the above documents to rasmconference@gmail.com once you paid the registration fee. 

Please make sure that corresponding paper ID appears in the description in the transaction number or reference number (in case of direct bank transfer). 

Invoice and refund policy

Please email the copy of the online transfer receipt together with your paper ID to rasmconference@gmail.com upon completion of the online transfer. For on-site registration and payment, only cash (INR or USD) is accepted. 

INVOICE REQUEST - Invoice will be provided on-site at the conference for paid registration. However, if the authors need invoice before the payment, please send the below details to rasmconference@gmail.com. The subject of the invoice request mail must be “Invoice request”. The pdf copy of the invoice will be sent to the corresponding author.

Details needed for invoice:
1. Paper ID
2. Name of the billing author and affiliation
3. Billing address (with TAX number, if any)
4. E-mail ID
5. Title of the paper
6. Category of registration (Student/ professional with publication option)
7. Invoice amount (Registration fee)

Please send the above details as soon as you received the acceptance mail from the GC-RASM Secretariat.

IMPORTANT – Please note that at least ONE author MUST register the full conference prior to the final manuscript submission. Students must produce full-time student card for verification at the conference

LETTER OF INVITATION - Authors of the accepted papers shall request a “Letter of invitation” through email with the details such as name, affiliation, and a valid email address, paper ID, title and list of authors. The subject of the mail must be “Invitation letter request”. Please send your request email to rasmconference@gmail.com.

NOTES - Confirmation Email will be sent once you complete your registration. That mail can be kept as a proof of the payment received. However, the receipt for the payment will be provided during the conference on request. Please report the registration desk for the receipt.  Only Cash (INR) will be accepted at the registration desk. All the bank charges are to be borne by the participants. The final receipt will only declare the net amount to be received by GC-RASM (excluding all the bank charges). Registrants will need to pay the balance (in cash onsite) if the final amount received is less than the invoice amount.

PLAGIARISM. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY - 

Authors shall withdraw their paper at any time before the publication of their article or before the submission of the final volumes to the publisher whichever is applicable. 
1. If a registered paper has been withdrawn on or before 10, July 2023, 100% of the registration fee paid by the authors will be refunded.
2. If a registered paper has been withdrawn between 11 and 28, July 2023, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. 
3. If a registered paper has been withdrawn from publication after the conference, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
4. If the authors of the accepted papers are not interested to publish in a particular periodical which is recommended by the publisher then those authors’ can withdraw their papers from publication and are entitled for 70% of the registration fee refund or can opt for the appropriate alternate publication from the conference organizers. 
 5. There will be no refund, if the paper was rejected by the publisher citing plagiarism or any kind of misconduct by the authors such as unethical practice, citation manipulation or data manipulation etc.
